I am pretty demanding from myself and I like that. I'm just 29 but I can imagine this approach will get me a nice life [while enjoying it enough, not just striving for more].
But it's niche - and the disappointment is when you aim to seek likeminded souls.

Our need of admiration (not to be admired, but to admire another person) - damn, that's a real thing.
Admiration is incredibly hot when it's genuinely felt towards a man (to me). Just... We're all just human. It comes with a lot of acceptance.

I returned to CrossFit after taking a longer break and doing some lighter activities in combination with gym lighter lifting visits and... I am glad! But it's very different to what it used to be in my case:
a. I don't compete
b. I don't push it
c. I enjoy to be *not strong*
