The EU market will become more and more isolated with every coming month. While the rest of the world will just keep moving forward, it will abandon the ever-increasing regulations. From December 30th, USDT Will Disappear From Most European Crypto Exchanges
USDT is being delisted across Europe.
MiCA regulations are forcing Tether out, and the consequences will reshape crypto trading in the region.
Here’s what’s happening and why:
1. MiCA Destroys Stablecoin Profitability
MiCA requires 60% of reserves to sit in low-risk, bank-held assets while banning interest payments to users.
For issuers like Tether, this destroys profitability.
You can’t generate returns under these restrictions, so USDT won’t comply.
2. Tether Doesn’t Need Europe’s Tiny Market
Tether and Circle control 80% of a $203 billion global stablecoin market.
Europe’s Euro-backed stablecoins account for just $252 million.
Market isn’t big enough to justify jumping through MiCA’s regulatory hoops.
3. MiCA Threatens Liquidity for Traders
Over 90% of stablecoin usage is driven by traders moving capital between exchanges.
By forcing reliance on legacy banking systems, MiCA risks disrupting liquidity flows.
You have seen it during USDC crisis after Silicon Valley Bank’s collapse.
Risk for Europe
Without USDT, Europe risks losing access to most liquid stablecoin.
Traders and liquidity will move to other jurisdictions.
MiCA will fragment the market and push innovation elsewhere.

busyness is a way to excuse a lack of results;
and so we keep ourselves hustling in meetings, networking without purpose, and not setting any objective of the day; nor having any lasting vision. We don’t know what mountain we’re aiming to climb, but somehow we figured out that having a call with some people twice a week will be important. Purposefulness and intention became the new six-pack to me and I was disappointed to learn how a few men are actually truly directed [but may have busy calendars :) and thus it gives the impression of importance].

'oh my god, it will be a shame, we will look crazy, they will send us right away to the madhouse'
- and I got other such discouraging messages which I ignored and kept going.
One month in.
We announced Liberland Space Programme [Liberland], onboarded some great minds to help us, got a couple of well-connected advisors, and now I am busy organizing a popup city dedicated to decentralized space, deSci, parallel societies, and longevity builders, founders, investors, and other enthusiasts to achieve their best. The first batch for registration will be open mid-January but we already have a couple of dozens of curious followers.
So far - no madhouse called me, but even if they did, I have had the 24/7 Do not disturb mode for the last couple of years.
Too busy doing things that matter to me.
Personal lesson learned from observation of the feedback - only those who have nothing to bring in, will discourage you.
Oh how much of their own fear must have been projected, it must have been super hard to bear that I dare and do things they might be scared of. Or just to stand out.
That's all I wanted to share today - just to encourage you a bit to go do things if you feel like them.

I deleted social media apps from my phone several weeks ago and I haven't returned, as I became uninterested in it.
With every week passing, I feel more and more*egal* to the buzz, sensation, noise, small talk, shallowness, and spending time online. I purely practice more inner consistency and self-integrity, and it’s a byproduct.
I still haven’t figured out in what way I aim to return to create content that’d be authentic to the values I stand by. While I understand some may be confused about my disappearing, I wanted to reconnect for a bit. So, I am okay - I live life with all its perks and downs. I feel great for standing on my side and how much more I can bear, I enjoy to see how I evolve and take what’s meant to be taken along in the progress.
What’s next ~ I remain agile [for life]. I need to sit with myself and get more clarity on the next objectives, again. Let’s see where it all takes me; or better, where do I take myself, as I own my life [plus there’s some randomness].
Wish you good, and take care of yourself, be your best friend, get some love and don’t play games - even if they invite you very hard. :)
Oh and - I am learning to have some more fun. That’s the nice part.

You cannot book a call with me.
I don't enjoy being online so I do not initiate or participate much in such contact.
Most calls can be an email or a short text.
Calls are an expensive interference in the mutual schedule.
If you never tried to live outside the time constraints, you may not even notice how much stress it causes.
Imagine when you can focus on whatever you do without having to think about being somewhere else a bit later - wild. It's a creativity boost, it lowers the tension and gives more joy to the process.
But yeah, a busy calendar gives a 'good feeling' of own importance.
Also, it's way easier to not see what truly matters and what does not when you're super *busy*. I've been there too so I know how is it like. [19h working days anyone?]
Then I started practicing more self-integrity;
and the more I ask myself 'Why do I do what I do?' with literally everything.
That cuts off people, things, events.
That creates emptiness and silence.
And that also results in much more solitude which I fortunately enjoy;
I prefer it to spending time on a call or in person, or just texting online with someone whose presence doesn't bring me joy.
No exceptions.
I purely take ownership of my life and for what's there.
Yes, there are things outside our control. But taking ownership of our state, too, makes a big difference.
I believe this perception and practice would significantly improve people's lives, and at large could alter the status quo in the world. [that's why I write a book about broadening individual freedom, The Freeist]
There's no one coming for you to get you out of the nonsense hustle, it's only in your own hands :)
And please, never ask me for a quick call, thank you.

We register an increased demand for the remote premium bank account opening in Georgia, and I wonder:
1. Is it because people realize the western banks often suck and they want something normal;
2. Is it because we tweaked the service now to be totally simple and low-paperwork for our clients;
3. Is it because the premium Georgian banking is simply really awesome and we enjoy that ourselves so much with Pavol Luptak all around the world, with newly increased airport lounges (up to unlimited), awesome currency exchange rates anywhere I travel to,…
Or all together?
The more I travel, the more of an opportunist I become - I see the world from the wider perspective. And then all the ‘normal things’ in the Georgian banking like personal banker, no transfer limits, multiple currencies by default, concierge services - all these sound like ‘are you serious?’ dream to many people who come from the west, often living abroad, while a norm to the local Georgians.
We are glad to be serving more clients residing around the globe enjoying the benefits of remote opening with their minimum effort with just power of attorney and passport copy. We handle the bureaucracy because we understand what a headache it is.
I’m really really excited and feel extremely self actualized to provide a quality service to people around the globe. 🥰

I was 19 when I did it.
I was so nervous, it felt like daring too much, it was my dream to have it.
I ordered my business cards at my own expense. That was a big deal back then.
I did many jobs to make enough for rent and food, I worked hard, and a lot and I studied too.
I did anything was available - hostess jobs were easy to do and well paid. I realized how much the agencies take for getting us the jobs - and so I aimed to find the jobs myself directly with the clients.
I sat down to my laptop at home of my best friend, I shortlisted some fairs I thought of attending and I texted to the contacts of the booths. I sent hundreds of emails.
I made the business cards - a little piece of paper with my name. I felt that pride - this is me.
I took those little papers with my name to the next fairs and distributed that at other’s booths, for future opportunities. I remember how I was nervous to come over and ask for a job.
One more booth, one more daring, one more paper with my name. My name!
None of these worked out, no one contacted me and I moved to the event management industry back then which was much better - I wanted that deep in my heart. I quickly managed 150 people and 500k$+ 4-day turnover. I quickly moved on.
And somehow I believe that this capacity for a fast pace of getting where we wants starts right there - at printing own name on the piece of paper, or just owning own name, and daring to say it out loud, with pride.
These days, I say it, again, with pride; when I come to the stage.
My name is Samuela Davidova, and I build a country.
Go and dare - speak up.
Today I don’t have business cards anymore, but I don’t need them. People recognize me themselves - or I share my QR code for contact. But the name is there.
Be proud. And be proud you’re proud. 🔥

The problem of successful people is inner suppression.
It feels like a chicken-egg problem; as the inner suppression leads to the reality runaways, while workaholism is one of them.
However, workaholic - busy, doesn't really mean successful, either.
Success is usually connected with greater responsibility, which is another pressure to be vented. And sadly I see around myself many of those hiding it behind drinks - they call it 'to wind off' or 'to celebrate', or depressions they don't talk about. But I can feel them.
The way out is to find a way to process it, and to process it - one has to be in the relaxed state, as relaxed state is where we are in the here and now and emotional state is only in the here and now.
Another paradox is that the more you're oriented on the self-development and growth, the harder it is to get a quality socializing (and at certain point, you're not interested in anything less than the higher standard of it).
Yet, it's incredibly valuable to have same-level people who understand you, to share your worries and emotional state with, as others mostly won't understand or will even invalidate your frustrations as not worthy of attention. But when you live an intentional life, you know that what you worry about truly means something to you.
Thus, I want to wish everyone to have likeminded circle, as that's of a high value; and create enough space to relax and process own sadness.
The beauty of life is we can grow out of love, not out of self-punishment. And that works pretty well, if we allow that to ourselves.

Stop pretending everything’s fine.
Europe is collapsing, and the only reason you won’t admit it is because you’re too comfortable in your delusion.

Germany and France - the so-called “powerhouses” of Europe 🤣- have become a dumpster 🗑️ of the continent.
If they joined the United States today, they’d be some of the poorest states. Let that sink in!
In Asia and the Middle East, cities like Singapore, Dubai, and Riyadh are booming, economies growing like crazy.
They’re building the future while Europe is stuck in the past.
The reality is simple: Europe lacks vision, energy, and most importantly, capital to make any serious progress.
Investment, talent, innovation - none of it is happening here anymore.
Look at the global growth numbers, the GDP comparisons - Europe is losing.
Europe’s been on a downhill trajectory for decades.
And here’s the truth: deep down, you know it.
Question is, how long are you going to stay stuck in the past before you decide to build your future somewhere that’s actually growing?

There are actions leading to the solution; yet many people choose hustling / drifting for its own sake, to avoid the unpleasant experience associated with the potential failure, responsibility to take ownership of their own journey, and facing the uncertainty of every path to the unknown, as no one grants you anything.
To be said, I seek people who love results while enjoying the path; not those who create cute names for drifting. I seek them to have friends, partnerships, to create together, to deliver value. There's something that excites me and frightens me at the same time.
I am super young.
And with every month, I am more aware of my uniqueness, the value I bring [and can bring] to the world in my own way.
It becomes dangerously limitless when one is aware and treasures own potential.
I already know I couldn't settle for anything less;
I couldn't do things I wouldn't enjoy, or that wouldn't meet my values;
I know I can bear much more [emotions, envy, attention, responsibility] than most people, which simply makes me stand out, and grow even more.
To be said, it's a self-enforcing circle:
the more efficient, result-oriented, and successful you are > the more you reduce the noise > the more efficient...
And all this, to be said, I am only 29 years old - that's more than exciting.
At the end of the day, it's not really about some position, branding, or other 'successes', but rather about my personal integrity.
I wake up in the morning with my own mind and moral values.
And I know, I do not betray myself.
Can you even imagine how much can be ahead?
Life is truly exciting when we stand on our own side.

So proud of the Georgian startup community, both on-stage, behind the stage and in the wings. Another Startup World Cup and another amazing winner, TelAgri. 2022 Ana Robakidze and Theneo won and went on to win Web Summit competition, 2023 Berdia Qamarauli and Artisio and this year an amazing Agri-tech company TelAgri, with Irakli Chikava and the team. It was an amazing beautiful sight seeing all the team members who were there burst out in joy (and maybe a tear?) and jump up so excited and proud. We hope this fuels their energy to build something massively helpful and impactful and valuable.
The competition was VERY close, with the narrowest difference in ratings I've ever seen in a pitch competition, attesting to the quality. Thanks to judges Bill Reichert, Chada El Islam Benmahcene, Dariia Vasylieva, Deborah Webster and Marvin Liao for your care, discernment, great questions, and great panels. It was also a blessing to be with you and some great local and regional investors for the day-long deep-dive at VC Conclave. Glad to have meet you at VC Lab!

Lunar mission engineer, VC fund executive, successful C-levels or just small entrepreneurs. [or a girl building a country]
🇬🇪 Tbilisi is a magical city attracting very outstanding individuals. 👀
And I feel super blessed - not only I got to know them and I met them. We are gathering with my small community full of these matured, responsible, self-actualized people now in the summer mode too ☀️
We go for random brunches without topic to check a new place, study and learn new skills together, meet for leisure, or wines.
I realized, how more important it is when you work hard - you also want to socialize and meet relevant, adequate people around yourself for your leisure too. You want to feel understood. Not necessarily to talk about work, but to have fun with the same level of maturity people.
I believe that entrepreneurship is a great filter: you have to dare, be in touch with reality, be capable to accept responsibility. One is self-actualized - you wake up in the morning and know you own your life. What is ahead is your aware choice.
To me these kind of values become more and more important, and even more crucial is to surround myself with adequate likeminded people. I really want to hand pick my surrounding with a great care, not be 'friends' with whomever entered my life. I can't do afford that anymore.
Our surroundings has an influence on how our energy and resource flows.
Make sure you have great people around :)

People won't tell you THIS about nomading in Thailand for a longer time,
but it's REALLY annoying. 😒
[I await your comments with what other bottlenecks you experienced in Thailand that are non-obvious at first.]
1. Visa issues.
This changes pretty often, now you can stay for 60 days and prolong x2, but tomorrow? Who knows. This makes it tiring and uncertain, hard to plan the future and wastes a lot of energy. (+ But you can get married to a Thai woman. :))
2. No visa - no account and proper rental. You're a tourist or a student.
Dreamt about applying for the students visa in your 30s so that you could stay in a country? Meh, right? Yes, this applies to the point number 1, but if you have just the tourist visa, you can't have many other perks - no bank account opening without proper visa and address, no less than 1 year proper rental apartment (outside of AirBnb), no 100% ownership in the company as a foreigner, and hard to resolve all these long-term-stay things.
3. No international apostille - no documents for international use - a lot of headache.
Thailand is one of the countries that are not part of the Hague convention - agreement. If you need to get your documents notarized & apostilled for the international use, you can have huge issues, spend hours talking to embassies in and outside your country and learning a lot of legal stuff you never wanted to know.

but a way bigger frustration.

Banks (~ financial institutions) outside the US have to report according the FATCA legislation about the American taxpayers activities.
That means extra bureaucracy.
That means extra costs.
And so many just avoid the issues with not opening the accounts for the US citizens 💁🏻♀️
This must be super frustrating:
I can't imagine having one of the strongest citizenships while being refused to open a quality bank account.
[From what I've heard this is extra hard to do in Europe.]
However 👀
I am super glad though that banks in Georgia 🇬🇪 (the country), particularly Bank of Georgia and their Premium banking at SOLO I help to open remotely, don't mind about filling out additional bureaucracy for the US customers.
To the contrary, Georgian banks are very happy to have them.
☑️ To open the bank account for the US citizens [can be done remotely with an intermediary - I'll be happy to help]
☑️ To serve them fully remotely [at SOLO premium banking];
☑️ To offer additional opportunities & investment options.
The more I dig deeper, the more I am surprised about how the world works,
how people keep being judged for their citizenship in the globalized markets,

I know there are a lot of those who replied, who offered to collaborate, to work together, to ask for my services, help, or just to be friends.

I was wrong.
People don't care about diversification (at least that much).
Yes, it's smart to have multiple bank accounts.
Yes, flag theory still makes sense, despite the interconnected world (and CRS).
Yes, it's still worth having a bank account in another country and jurisdiction (like outside the EU).
However, after serving more than 200+ clients with remote opening of the Premium Bank Account, I've learnt something different...
And that shocked me...
That most account just simply...

Many European, Middle East, Asian, or N & S American countries where our customers come from, offer the banking 'solution' with

Work is easy.
It's easy to get up in the morning for work because finding some meaning in it is simple.
It's usually clear about what to do next and you get a fast reward.
That's easy.
You feel good about yourself for 'working hard', 'achieving', or 'having' a position. [despite the fact we can discuss whether it really provides value to the other humans or not]
We may even be scared to stop working 24/7, picking up the phone outside of work, and having an empty calendar. On the holidays, we keep being productive, learning something, or checking the work messengers.
Why?
We got so used to this life-flow, that we might not understand our value outside of work. We don't understand what other roles we fulfill when it's not a 'colleague', or we're not really self-actualized, recognized, or appreciated in these roles.
We might seek love and acceptance via work - especially masculine needs to feel respected, as best in both society and home. As a woman, we may grow up to the 'heroic' mothers who forgot to eat, sleep, and pretended they could sit at ten chairs at once.
We can't sit at ten chairs at once.
The solution lies outside of work though, and it starts with us.
Bringing ourselves first, turning everything off (or paying 5k$ to your best friend) after (having!) working hours, splitting work and life, and then - face it.
If you worked 24/7, there might be an emptiness.
You might find out you don't live what you want, you were just running *somewhere*.
You'll start from scratch, again: what do I want? Who do I want to be? How do I want to feel? Who am I outside of my work, what are my hobbies, how to communicate with people without talking about work and efficiency?

Last few months I faced exactly this and some moments were hard. The journey is long, and it's not easy, because you have to build it yourself; but that's ultimately the reason why we are here.

PSA: Don't come to Norway!
Due to the current administration's radical changes to the Norwegian tax system, moving to Norway is now completely unfeasible for international entrepreneurs, startup employees and high skilled workers.
The latest addition to the long list of unfavourable taxes is an exit tax of 37,84% on unrealised(!) gains if you move to Norway, and then need to leave. Yes you read that right. Doesn't matter that you haven't sold a single share yet. Doesn't matter that the shares are completely illiquid. Doesn't matter if the company later on goes bust, and you make no money at all. You still owe Norway 37,84% based on the paper valuation in the latest funding round before you leave the country.
So if you don't want to risk financial ruin because of a tax bill on money you never made - go somewhere where entrepreneurs are valued and incentivised for trying to build something great.
Just don't come to Norway.

0% as a legal corporate tax? 👀
There are certain countries using this model. It’s completely legal, yet according to Irakli, Georgia is the only outside of EU country having this in place.
It’s one of the reasons attracting people to have their llc located in Georgia 🇬🇪 (besides the fact they can open it remotely and run it at a low cost).
This model is called the ‘Estonian taxation’ and it says that the taxes are applied just when you ‘take the money from the company’ - when you take the dividends.
This means that if you reinvest the money into the company (pay the costs, pay for the employees,…) you don’t pay taxes on the income generated that was reinvested back.
One more benefit is that Georgia has a double tax treaty with many countries, so companies in these countries can use the invoice to the Georgian company as their ‘expense’. That’s often times not the case for many other llc destinations considered popular (such as Panama).

I see companies scamming people with the 'legal advises' to optimise taxes, implement flag theory, 'free yourself'. 🤬
You can say that Czechia where I come from is far too close to Germany (:))))), so I am a 'good girl' aiming to get things right;
But I would just never want to provide people with misleading information, playing with words for my own profit and then make them potentially go to jail one day.
I mean - it's a big deal.
And I understand not everyone cares about ethical stuff, but yet, let me clarify a few things when it comes to Georgia:
1. Crypto to fiat / crypto-crypto is taxed at 0% in Georgia, but if you don't live in the country, you don't have to bother much about the taxes here. The only benefit it has for such people is that the country is more crypto-friendly in general. [Yet meeting international norms & expectations.] If someone tells you that it means you don't have to pay taxes on your crypto if it's from a Georgian exchange or anything similar, they lie. The tax relevancy is based on your tax residence country.
2. You become a tax resident in Georgia if you stay here 183 days+ a year. Not anything untraditional. If you think you'll open local freelance license (IE) and pay low tax while living elsewhere - good luck, until they'll close it & you'll own taxes in the country of your passport or where you really live, as by law, you're not a tax resident in Georgia. [This is something one company is heavily promoting, using misleading explanations and playing with words. It's pretty sad.]
3. 'Georgia is a tax heaven.' It's not. It's one of the lowest taxation countries in the world, but it's not a tax heaven. Maybe thanks to that it's not a red flag country, it has neutral ties with different countries and it's normal and easy to make transactions from here to Europe.
There are companies (seems far to many), especially with people not living here - outsourcing their services, who're giving 'great business & tax advises' just to sell their services, instead of really helping out.
Or, maybe, too blinded with 'taxes are theft', they just don't care about law at all.
I didn't write this to complain about them, but rather to warn - please, get yourself someone local (or text me for RELEVANT people), read the law yourself, get some lawyer if needed..
Georgia is an amazing country and people from abroad can benefit from it, indeed, remotely; but certain things are not that 'simple' as they seem.
If you think that some 'offshore' countries have it easy, keep in mind, that it's almost impossible to open a business bank account in Singapore or Panama.

I'll be honest and it won't be nice, however...
I think most 'startups' shouldn't get a chance and shouldn't be funded.
I am the pro-bootstrapping person, not the pro-funding seeking for its own sake.
My impression is that it all turned a bit to be sick.
I understand that there are seriously certain products or services that truly require higher investment to be capable to begin...
However, if you build up on your own, without any financial support, you have more skin in the game and it necessarily implies, you will be much more cautious about your resources.
AND
You will stay in touch with the reality much more.
It's much more likely you will not build 'to impress your mum' and you will deliver something profitable if you won't have the external funding.
I'll go a step further and say that actually supporting such projects alive is unethical - it's a waste of people's time and money.
Yes - being realistic might kill the infantry dream, but oh, come on, it's not that bad to face and accept reality when you turned 18.
Sorry not sorry.

A year ago I gave myself a challenge quest:
I’ll either become a successful entrepreneur within a year, independent from any monthly / hour rates, or I’ll open a cafe and be baking cookies there.
(Not a bad deal, it was just a first idea if I’ll fail.)
One year ago:
- I worked in IT.
- I was paid per hours.
- I worked the difficult way - did things I didn’t enjoy, learned for the sake of learning, had to join calls I .. I mean I don’t do calls…
Today:
- I work 10-20 hours a week.
- I make x3 more.
- I help people resolve their problems - find fitting solutions for them.
What has really changed?
Is there anything particular I had to learn?
No.
It’s just a different perspective of mind.
I’m just using what I’ve learned over the years, but mainly, I started listening to people and their needs. I try to better understand their perspective. That’s just simple marketing stuff, nothing mindblowing.
If I could talk to myself back in the last years, I’d tell:
1 Delegate more.
2 Do things you’re strong in and you enjoy (only).
3 Get rid of this ‘work hard’ mode - most of it is just ‘busyness’ that keeps our ego happy, but doesn’t deliver…
4 Results. That’s what matters.
5 Be agile, easygoing. Things change, alter, seek ways.
Can you make your monthly salary in a day?
Yes, but not in the employment.
It’s super frightening to leave something, but without space, it’s hard to create something new.
If you can’t add anything else on your table of the everyday, then get rid of first.
Don’t work to impress.
I used to do big things, important events, meeting important big people, wow effect, but for what?
There used to be no space for my life in my life.
My life was adjusting about work, but it should be vice versa - work adjusted around my life.
Whatever journey we decide on - I wish us enough bravery and patience. It’s worth it.

I made myself a 🤯challenge💪🏻 to bring in 4 clients last month for the remote bank account opening from Georgia 🇬🇪
Have I succeeded? 🥹
You may wonder...
Why would someone want to open a bank account remotely in Georgia?
1. Georgia has high-quality banking, it’s possible to open a bank account remotely even without a local residency card.
2. Flag theory & bank account diversification strategy outside the EU (with high-quality banking again!).
3. Personal banker, airport lounges, VISA concierge 24/7 assistants for free, and many other benefits - something I haven't even dreamt about with my former Czech bank.
(and much more).
We have been opening bank accounts with my business partner Pavol for over 1.5 years and we have successfully served more than 100 clients.
However, I was taking over most of the administration, while he was bringing in the new clients.
I wanted to take my part and get some new clients in too!
I had a monthly goal: 4 new clients from myself.
I didn't know what I should start withand how to do it...
But I decided to try :)
Let me show you how did it go!
What did I do over the month:
1. First I created simple content about the account and shared it on my Instagram stories. I just shared what I do, how we do it, how it works, and how it helps our clients.
📈 Result: 3 clients in.
2. I made an overall analysis of the potential target groups, their interest, and their benefits to them. However, I haven't found time to create relevant content.
📉 Result: 0 clients so far (no action > no reaction)
3. I created an overall storytelling about my life in Georgia and about local banking.
🤔 Result: it's indirect marketing and hard to tell if it influenced n.1
4. I talked about the product with some friends and found out that some foreigners get bank accounts closed in Europe again without previous notice. I took a chance and created a longer (10 min) video about this in English & Russian languages. I understood the need for such potential clients in diversification in and outside the EU.
📈 Result: One paying client, one lead (not closed yet) + compound interest on the video in the future
5. We created a chat for our former clients to share how they benefit from the account to learn more about the benefits we don't even know about! (I was already told by the banker that I know more about SOLO benefits than themselves as they focus on the procedure, rather than selling it as it 'sells itself'.)
🤝🏻 Result: 0 direct clients in, material for future content + compound interest
Result over the month: 4/4 🥹
It sounds like 'nothing', but maybe you know that the first sales are the most difficult. 🙈

you should understand that suffering is a choice and to a certain degree it psychologically benefits you.
The only way out is to accept full responsibility for your way of life and if you don't like something about your life, then change it to the way how you want it.
Stop making excuses about why you 'can't leave' because of someone - that's your choice.
You're a free human being and everything that you keep in your life is a decision.
Stop complaining and wasting your time, rather use this energy to create something meaningful and useful for you.

I wouldn't expect such a modern and affordable 💰architecture vibe in Georgia 🇬🇪 but...
Welcome to Batumi!
The western coast of Georgia is super quickly developing - every time I come there, there are new buildings, projects, and of course cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
The course of Batumi changed as well - it used to be just a seasonal town in the past because of the seaside.
Now, there are:
* co-workings opening
* conferences organized
* new different language communities
* meetups & presentations in Georgian, English, or Russian
* people moving there permanently for the whole year for its pleasant all-year-long weather and better air & nature right next to the city
I can see great potential in the area as more entrepreneurs are heading there for the conditions in the region.
What I was surprised the most are the costs of the in-building real estate projects starting from 30k$+.

🥹Wow, I am surprised by how much companies are saving 💸 by hiring from the Caucasus region remotely!
It's not about the salaries only as you might think.
📉Companies optimize the hiring cost by:
1. less tax burden
2. less bureaucracy
3. lower salary and bonuses expectations
4. less holiday expectations than in Europe
5. more talent options, more competitiveness, easier to hire
Being now in Yerevan, it's great to learn people in the region can pay as low as 0% tax legally (mostly 1% in Georgia).

❌ 🏦People get closed their bank account without any previous notice 🎪🤹🏻♀️
I get contacted by more and more people from Ru / Belarus that their personal bank accounts in central Europe they had for 5-10 years without any problems, get now closed 🙈, out of nowhere, no explanation ('internal policy', or 'documents we need' without specifying the documents and no relevant regulation), and 'of course', they can't get their money away.
It's a good hands up for me to see the importance of the diversification of the bank accounts, as best into the neutral countries - for sure you want to diversify into different countries in different regions.
I like to observe these things happening around the globe as the narrative against any country can be changed pretty fast :) And that's how I create my personal strategy for the future to be more resistant against anything that can happen in the world (I can't predict the future and the black swans).
Glad we are helping people to open a PREMIUM account REMOTELY in Georgia (no travel included) to the Liberation travel customers of Pavol Luptak.

I started focusing on the game changing decisions that drive results only.
I see more and more clearly the connection between the action and its result.
Where are my current actions leading?
To what states and results?
I’m learning more and more new perceptions on the world and myself and all around is changing by miles. The world gives a respective result right away. It’s mindblowing.
Breaking the old patterns is faster than we think; it starts from a decision and INNER change.
That’s it.
Examples?
I used to be busy, 24/7 working. That draw to self-pity, stress, tiredness.
I started focusing on results (money), working less and doing what brings value. And I try to scale the value. Result: more money, more value to the customers.
I used to be overly self-dependent. (Don’t confuse with self-fulfillment). That led to feeling of insecurity.
I’ve learned that vulnerability and asking for help, or cooperation leads to a HUGE feeling of connectedness and security.
Instead of doing on my own, I try to initiate collaboration.
Organizing gatherings like this on the photo leads to new friendships, partnerships and connectedness.
I feel great, satisfied, surrounded by great and smart people, constantly evolving and learning, finding new connections and great people. I feel grateful. Some great things are happening in the town and I’m glad to take my part in initiating some of them, bringing in international guests, new perspective and mind-opening exchange of insights.
Thank you all who take part in and participate.
I’ve build gatherings for myself: worthwhile, insightful and joyful. Yet, it serves to many.
My philosophy is to not pick the best from the table,
But to build up my own table, and cook my own food. And then - share with others.
The solution not in the fight or compromise, but in creation.

One thing drives me crazy to work on myself.
I’ve learned that most relationships are based on the emotional addiction, not love.
This eventually ends up in all the drama and manipulations, feeling of guilt and shame.
We are hooked on the emotional ups and downs since childhood so we don’t consider it as anything unusual and we continue the pattern as we believe, that *this is love*. But we misunderstand voluntary genuine love for these emotional hooks that *bring strong emotional connection* which is anything else than addiction. And if we don’t have this emotional *fullness* we only project it on other addiction; be that drugs, alcohol or anything else making us to release anxiety, escape, or just bring any positive perception.
When I started working on myself, I believed I’ll become a better version of self. I was also attracted by the ‘best self’ self-help toxic perfectionist narrative in the western society.
In reality it only leads to the total opposite. We have the illusion of the growth, while we suppress ourselves. We live in a constant judgment, self control and comparison.
The hardest part about the ‘self development’ is actually what sounds ridiculously simple.
I believe the real goal and growth lays in ‘simple’ acceptance of self with all the shades, emotions and flaws. Seeing ourselves whole, as we are, not compromising on oneself and compensating what we surpress through outer emotional surplus.
I’d say we already have our ‘best self’ and rather than practicing self-harm and criticism, we’d better accept that our past contributed to all the assets we have today, and moved on through accepting responsibility for our current and future states.
The endless run on better self turns out to be endless never-achievable and satisfactory marathon where we run the circles painted by the society, family and government;
Instead of introspection, and aiming to fulfill the real potential of our individual identity. (As it feels shameful, of course.)
So what drives me this crazy to work on myself?
It’s the desire for a true genuine connection with people based on voluntary and genuine love and acceptance, rather than emotional hooks and never achievable fulfillment seeking.

I went from 260 working hours a month
To 40 working hours a month
And I was shocked…
I worked a way less but I made more.
I finally got the courage to evolve more my entrepreneurial journey, help clients to improve their lives with a high quality bank account option, or optimize the hiring costs from Georgia 🇬🇪.
I provide value for value and that led to several takeaways:
1. I can’t scale myself in terms of hours worked. I’d only scale more tension.
2. Marketing scales the results. Understanding how I can help and resolve the problems creates value for people in contact with reality (people are willing to pay for a value).
3. You don’t have to do the next big thing that impresses, solving problems is enough. Don’t try to impress; help. People don’t pay for impression, leave that for your parents.
4. Who are you outside of work? If the answer isn’t much outside of ‘tired’ and ‘tense’, the solution isn’t in the work. You don’t have life in your life.
5. Emerging markets offer opportunities.
6. Don’t look for the average if you’re not the average. Don’t compare yourself, create your own journey authentic and interesting to yourself.
7. Focus on the results you want to reach and analyse backwards from them: what actions will lead to them? Eliminate everything else.
8. You can’t scale income.
9. Save people money and they’ll be happy to pay you out for it.
10. You already have enough to begin, you don’t have to change the niche, make enother certification or move to another country. Solution lays in within.

I also think it’s important not to fixate on one vision for ten years without adjusting it to the often unpredictable developments in society. If we don’t stand still and adapt flexibly to what is happening, we are more likely to get where we want to go. But even that can change. I opened the bank account in 5 minutes as a foreigner 🤯
Despite things don't work like that anymore in 2024, Georgia still remains super friendly when it comes to the bank account opening abroad.
In most countries, you can't open the bank account at all - you need to have a residency in some cases, even if you're a local.
And then - you're just choosing from the very few banking options. I prefer to choose from the best accounts in the world - especially those that are nomad-friendly and don't punish me for traveling or international transactions.
Well, and that's how we started helping our clients to open the bank accounts remotely from Georgia with my friend Pavol Luptak.

'Study well to have a job'
As if having the job was the ultimate goal.
I used to work for the sake of working.
I used to be busy, to suffer, to show everywhere around how HARD I try.
We got used to this way of living that we don't even question it.
But is there any alternative?
I don't talk about being on the beach 24/7, despite - why not.
Somehow we forget life is not really black and white, yet, the contradiction is not the point now.
If we really question the status quo, the principle, the idea itself;
if we think outside of the box, then I see this alternative:
Focusing on what's the aim,
what's the desired result,
the goal.
It differs A LOT, what do you say?
It's a way easier to have a busy calendar, working 24/7 to do SOMETHING.
Facing what we actually want to achieve and analysing how,
digging deeper into the efficiency, processes,
understanding the mistakes...
That's really hard - and we don't want to do it. (That's natural.)
I understood that the best I can do at certain points is not to do more,
but to STOP and reflect:
"Where am I actually heading?
And what actions can get me there?
What values, knowledge and characteristics I should have to become the person achieving this result?"
Use wisely for both work and life.
Whom do you want to become?

P.S. I know I should communicate just one area here, but I can't help but share some of the insights I've learned over the years of self-development (work on myself). I love to share these thoughts.

The first collaboration for our networking breakfast community in Tbilisi 🚀
Our Telegram group members can now use a free one-day entrance to the Sative gym in Vake. We can also initiate a group training together to have some non-work fun 😊
Sative is my favorite new spot - I don't like traditional gyms.
To me the group classes truly focus on the mindfulness, self-awareness and correct body work.
Beside, if I need a calm spot for work before or after the training, I can use small local co-working area.
I am super glad that there are local communities interested into collaboration, providing us with benefits and bringing in value.
It seems a nice business community is forming here around me :)

I was shocked to find out about what's happening here in Georgia. 😧
As a foreigner, I have a huge benefit - I see the country from a wider perspective. I don't have a life-long emotional attachment as I haven't grown up here. It's a bit easier to be more objective.
With Levan Bodzashvili, we spoke about the business environment in Georgia from the international perspective - what could go better, and what's competitive.
He also talked about something I didn't have a clue about:
Middle corridor (or 'The Trans-Caspian International Transport Route').
A new trade route will connect Europe and Asia, while the related processes being completely digitalized and exchanged.
I can imagine this will have a second-plan effect on:
*expansion opportunities
*real estate worth
*road quality
[and for sure something more! What do you think it could affect?]
Well, this is what's called the emerging market.

When I was a little girl I used to draw a very few things:
Roses, such types of churches as on the first photo, and simple scenery with hills, garden, and a house, abandoned in the nature.
Funnily enough, in 2020, I appeared in such a place I chose myself.
I’m now trying to identify it to why degree it was a compliance with my family, contradicting it, or going my own way too early.
For sure, I’m now unpacking in myself some areas that are far too deep and difficult some days. It’s not been an easy journey, but I’m happy taking it.
I’m fascinated by how randomly we can reach what we deeply want. To me, for sure it was an easy integration, warm mentality and love all around, quality food, space for oneself, allowance to be late (sometime too late), and acceptance.
I found myself a place on earth where I could be just myself. But not everyone who moved from the same environment embraced it. It hurts to see the old patterns, the anxiety, the excuses, self suppression.
I wish everyone to find their place where they’ll feel at their best.
And the only thing I feel I can do is to share more about the spot I found is that close to my heart and beliefs - Georgia. 🇬🇪

Don’t over analyze;
Yet be in touch with the reality 🌝

After a month of daily videos, and a few quotes of my podcast guests across the platforms, I can share the outcomes.
In general, I recommend not to be obsessed with the analysis; only execution provides a relevant feedback though & to stay agile, I must understand where I stay along the way. So:
What works well:
1. Positioning
- Increased traffic, awareness in the relevant business surroundings, broadened collaborations, increased opportunities.
Perfect PR lifestyle campaign :)
2. Rebranding
- I quickly moved to be connected on mind of people with Georgian business scene.
3. Targeting
- I broaden awareness on the relevant target audiences:
*Georgian business market to ensure relevancy, product quality, high end networking, second plan awareness [like a miracle I get to people who don’t want ‘regular networking’ and you can’t really meet normally, but they build some amazing things. This means I provide them some exceptional value they couldn’t have found elsewhere.]
*Western audiences interested into using the opportunities here in Georgia 🇬🇪 remotely [cost optimized hiring, remote bank account opening, remote real estate purchase in the region / tailored business collabs]
Problems I should focus on now:
1. Communicating the products / services
People don’t really know what do I do / what they can buy from me.
2. Increased sales
This is connected to the right above; at the same time, I do the ‘impossible’ - I am ‘selling’ a country people don’t know about business-vise. I need more interactions over time [patience] + communicate more clearly what I can help with.
3. Problem solving content
I’ll create content addressing problems of my potential clients > solution. That should scale even more relevant traffic. Broadening the educational perspective to the value based.
Actually it’s a good result, considering 1 human full time effort. 🙃

💀 RIP to one of the past domains I bought in the high belief of building it up.
It's been two years since I thought:
'Oh let's help people build their personal branding, to stand out'.
Today, you can still buy my personal branding course on my Buy Me A Coffee, but...
I learned one thing - I have to prioritize.
I quit so many of the activities over the past months:
- I don't do mentorship - besides one-time guidance
- I don't do anything I wouldn't like
- I left the IT industry
Instead, I:
- Observed how I can provide value to people - and I started sharing with them more opportunities they didn't know about [in relation to Georgia]
- Focused on my existing service of remote bank account opening in Georgia for clients around the world
- Made a simple Notion-based website to attract more traffic from the browsers
I don't have to know everything.
I've learned I don't have to overthink it.
I don't have to be the best / do something super-crazy / incredible / to ensure I stand out.
I can just mind my simple business, connect people together, organize great breakfast gatherings, continue with the podcast, be agile, and do as I feel like, and mainly:
Focus on living my life and evolving *that part*.
I gave up on being everywhere.
I do not have FOMO, but JOMO - Joy of missing out.
I decided to simplify, keep it slow but steady, work in two.
Yes, I could start this business idea number 9458738523, but...
But living my life became a higher priority.
I keep it low.

Despite Georgia is one of the economically freest countries in the world, still the governmental support in a form of special taxation options, further ease of doing business and easier transiting in, supporting collaborative initiatives and communities - oh, that'd help.
As the second pain point, we identified even further education to have more experts. Despite there've been certain initiatives in the country over the last months - coming especially from the private companies, we found it not sufficient.
I think I can see a way how foreign companies could come and make a little more buzz just by opening even more educational programs 😎

Everyday new people come to me and want to know more.
Especially growing interest I see when it comes to Real Estate purchase in Georgia 🇬🇪 - mostly the clients seek where they could invest their money in a more conservative way [in Central Europe we love to *own* a real estate].

I am now experimenting with something for a while and it changed my life.
I started working 4 days a week.
I was scared.
What if people will need to contact me?
What if I become broke?
What if.. what if?
And you know what really happened?
I started SEEING and therefore focusing on what matters.
I clarified the priorities.
I stopped doing what didn't matter but kept me busy.
I hired a Business & Marketing assistant and we scale.
And we don't do any nonsense.
My calendar is empty.
No calls.
And eventually, I know I will make even more, and bring even more value.
🤯
And you know what?
We work mostly remotely & asynchronously.
But of course... I know.
It can't work 😗

I changed the objectives.
I don’t want to work hard.
😓
I had my first job when I was six years old.
Photo shooting, modeling, acting.
At 15 I worked at the night bar for 2$ an hour.
At 19 I managed the first hipster cafe and doubled the turnover in one month. (!)
I burned out.
At 21 I managed 150 people at the world’s largest d’n’b festival. Three years in the row.
Burned out again.
At 24 I started in IT from scratch. That was hard.
I have enough of 16+ hours work days, 7 days a week, anxiety, stress, no life.
Over the last 4 months I understood there’s not enough space for LIFE in my life.
And I realized things can be different.
Everything can be different - if I’ll want to.
That’s not possible in the ‘normalized’ linear employee perspective though.
However I took the first step:
I made the decision.
I don’t want to work hard.
I want to work with joy, helping people resolve their problems, simplify and improve their lives.
Fingers crossed to me, I’m more than sure I’m on the right way.

'I didn’t dare to visit Georgia myself until 2020. After all, we in the West have a lot of negative stereotypes about anything in the East of us. It was only during the covid period that my studies and all collaborations took place fully online and, along with the world stopping, the fear of missing out fell away from me. That’s when I packed one suitcase, gave notice from my apartment, and decided to leave. It was definitely one of the best decisions I ever made.'

I wish I understood this earlier...
I used to be scared to do certain jobs, start some collaborations, or businesses.
However, now I got it:
It doesn't matter that much what you do and whether you have the experience or not.
You can learn most of the skills [of course, there are particular positions that indeed take time, but you got the point].
There's something more important though:
If you got the processes right.
I just noticed how efficiently I work - no matter what collaboration it is.
This is exactly what enables me to do *so much* in such a short time.
Of course, it's also my multidisciplinarity, having various perspectives, skills in different areas, experience, drive, personality, and so on.
However, I got some other *things right* that enable me now to jump on most of the new collaborations, in different areas [am I just doing some HR stuff now to write a strategically helpful press release a few minutes later; and sign a new collaboration contract with a huuuuge regional conference afterward?].
And honestly - the way I work today doesn't change that much from what I used to do some 4 years ago.
I wish I had back then just enough courage to self-express into the world, as I have today.

Here I provide a little thought for your mind about what I call the 'community-based trust' vs the 'institution-based trust'.
What you can do yourself:
*move to a more community-based country;
*join a community you can trust & belong to;
*create such a community (or a country, which is not that easy, as you can see), yourself.
